APAC Liver Disease Alliance Annual Report 2023

In its inaugural year, the Asia-Pacific Liver Disease Alliance is delighted to present the annual report, encapsulating a year of pioneering efforts and collaborative initiatives aimed at addressing the challenges posed by liver diseases in the region. This region accounts for a staggering 63% of global deaths from liver diseases, emphasizing the urgency of systemic action to avert a deepening public health crisis. Established in January 2023, the APAC Liver Disease Alliance has rapidly evolved into a unified force, demonstrating a collective commitment to improving liver health for the four billion inhabitants of the Asia-Pacific region.
